How It Works
Complete the project form with your audience, purpose, deadline, slide count and any supporting files, notes or brand assets.
We review the scope and reply by email with a fixed quotation, estimated delivery date and the number of revision rounds included.
Once the quotation is approved in writing, the agreed upfront payment is due before work begins.
We design your presentation and send a first draft within the agreed timeframe.
You provide consolidated feedback and we revise within the agreed scope. The number of revision rounds included will be confirmed in your quotation.
Once the presentation is approved and the final balance is paid, we provide the agreed editable and presentation-ready files.
Terms & Conditions
This is the same agreement covering every project — worth reading in full before you submit a brief.
All projects begin with a brief submitted through the project form, including any files, notes or existing slides relevant to the work. No project begins without a submitted brief.
After reviewing the brief, we send a fixed quotation by email covering scope, price, estimated delivery date and the number of revision rounds included. Work does not begin until the quotation is approved in writing (email is sufficient).
Revision rounds are included only as stated in the approved quotation. Feedback should be consolidated and submitted in one message or marked-up file. Requests that materially expand the original brief, add new sections, introduce new content or require a new design direction may be quoted separately.
Evening, overnight and weekend support may be available for urgent projects, subject to scope and availability. Submitting a brief before 7:00 PM UK time may allow next-day delivery on straightforward projects — this and any rush surcharge will be confirmed in your quotation before work begins.
We are presently accepting projects across corporate, training, sales, conference and general professional sectors. Regulated pharmaceutical and clinical projects are not currently available.
Any material submitted by the client, including text, data, images and brand assets, remains the client's property. Final delivered presentation files become the client's property once full payment is received. Prime Presentation Studio will not publish, display or use client work in its portfolio without prior written permission.
If a project is cancelled after work begins, payments already made are non-refundable and cover time reserved and work completed. If the value of work completed exceeds the amount already paid, the outstanding balance for work undertaken up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@primepresentationstudio.co.uk before submitting a brief.
